Return Policy

All products available at PicTweaks are provided as digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only if the download has not been initiated.

Once a digital purchase has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and therefore, we cannot process a refund. This policy also applies to situations where the software used to apply the presets is not compatible with your device.
